is one of the simplest and safest aerobic exercises you can
do. It helps to strengthen your bones, control your weight,
and condition your heart and lungs.
Our goal is to help walkers of all ages achieve and maintain
a healthy exercise program by providing them with a comfortable
and secure walking environment, 7am - 10am, Monday through Saturday and 8am - 10am, Sunday. Whether you are just starting
an exercise program, becoming physically fit, or trying to
lose those extra pounds, walking is an ideal form of physical
activity.
