At the Mall at Robinson, there is nothing secret about the service.  The mission to please all guests is not impossible and has chosen to be accepted by all mall agents.  Instead of cool gadgets, there are convenient amenities such as ATMs, Family Restroom, Stroller and Wheelchair Rentals, Game Room, Falconi Moon Township Kids Play Area, Ohio Valley General Hospital AED Machines, Escalators and Elevators, not to mention over 120 stores and specialty kiosks to meet your every need.  During your visit rest assured that the mall staff of agents is here to assist you.  Stop by Guest Sevices booth - they can crack any code!

The following amenities are available at our Guest Services Booth:

Gift Cards are always the right size and style. They are redeemable at more than 100 stores in the Mall and also at Station Square! Gift Cards are available in any denomination from $5 to $500 and are available for purchase at Guest Services or on-line.

Reference material is located at Guest Services. Directories of the mall stores, local hotels, entertainment venues, and bus schedules are available for your use.

Strollers are sponsored by First Steps Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine and are available for a small rental fee at Guest Services. Each rental includes a free children's gift when the stroller is returned.

Wheelchairs are complimentary and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The PA Lottery can be played at Guest Services. On-line tickets as well as instant tickets are for sale.

Stamps are availabe for purchase at Guest Services.
